Wherever possible, we try to book customers in to a two-hour time slot, while sometimes we can give even tighter appointment times. Unlike some businesses, we will never charge you extra for this. We also offer the option of having the engineer call you at a specified time before he is going to arrive. This allows people who work to meet us at their homes at a specified time, rather than having to needlessly wait around in their home.
